6:30-8:00pm- Meet-n-Greet at JP’s Sports Bar & Grill (95 Hilltop Village Center Dr, 63025)
Casual style get-together to kick off the Rally weekend.
8:30pm – Night ride?
We will take a leisurely ride around Eureka as we head back towards camp.
9:00pm – After party back at the KOA
Hang out with friends new and old as we relax and take in the country nighttime air.
Note: There is a limit of 8 guests per campsite. Quiet Hours start at 10pm. Please respect our hosts.
Friday, September 26, 2025:
8:00am – Registration check-in and Rally Pack pickup at the Drewel Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka. (2 Hill Drive, 63025).
9:00am – Ozark Foothills Ride to Bixby Country Store leaves from the Drewel Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka. (2 Hill Drive, 63025) The destination is the Bixby Country Store (2569 Highway 32, 65439) We will head South into the foothills of the Ozarks on a quest for twisty roads and great scenery. This ride is ~200 miles and will take most of the day. THIS IS NOT 49cc FRIENDLY. Stands up @ 9:15am sharp.
There will be a lunch stop as part of the ride.
4:30-6:30pm – Registration check-in and Rally Pack pickup at the Drewel Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka. (2 Hill Drive, 63025)
5:30pm – River & Hills Evening Ride
This shorter evening country ride will take you up and down and all around the hills of Jefferson County. This ride ends back at Drewel Park for dinner. This ride will be 49cc friendly.
7:00pm -Cookout-style Dinner back at the Drewel Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka. (2 Hill Drive, 63025)
Hang out with friends new and old as we relax and take in the country nighttime air with burgers, hot dogs, and sides served cookout style. Dinner is provided by the rally. BYOB.
9:00pm – After party back at the KOA

Saturday, September 27, 2025
9:30am – Breakfast at Coffey Park Breakfast will be provided by the Vespa Club of Greater St. Louis at the Coffey Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka (1 Coffey Lane, 63025)
10:30am – Saturday Rides: We will have a selection of different rides leaving from Coffey Park Pavilion in Old Town Eureka (1 Coffey Lane, 63025) for different scooter classes.
- 49cc friendly – Head down old Route 66 on a “Bigfoot” (Monster Truck) hunt and take a nature hike in the Missouri Botanical Garden Arboretum.
- Longer rides:
- Both rides will head to Labadie, MO and the Samuel Berton Distillery, down one of the best riding roads in the area, State Hwy T. The ride will then stop for Washington, MO at the Missouri Meershaum Corn Cob Pipe Factory, and then get Lunch at the Washington “Fall Festival of the Arts & Crafts”.
- After Lunch the ride will split into two rides at Washington, MO.
- One ride will head along Hwy 100 to Hermann, MO and the Hermann Wurst Haus for German sausage tasting.
- The other ride will head to cute old town Augusta, MO to visit Wine Country along Hwy 94, one of the other best riding roads in the area. The ride will stop at Mount Pleasant Estates for a tour and tasting.
7:00 – 12:00am – Party, Scooter Show, and Raffle @ Poor Richard’s Hang out with scooter friends new and old as we party and close out the rally. Park your scooter outside of Poor Richards to enter the show, and vote on your favorites. Doors open at 6:30. Award presentation is ~9:00pm, raffle is directly afterwards. *You must be registered to win.*
